Employers are hiring year round for different positions and you never know when their staff will turnover so we would recommend applying for as many places that you’d like to work as possible to increase your odds of success.
Even if the employer is not currently hiring, they will see that you have historically applied to their business and would be able to go back to review past applications when the need arises.
