Job Description:
• Delivers exceptional customer service through personalized customer contact with customers
• Interacts with and assists customers
• Answers the telephone and rings on register
• Processes balloon orders
• Assists in receiving and stocking procedures
• Packs out merchandise
• Stocks merchandise
• Assists in merchandising
• Responsible for maintaining assigned sections as determined by the Manager
• Assists with seasonal pack-away
• Performs other duties as needed
